About the Conference

The 1st International Conference on Advances in Intelligent Systems for Sustainable Development (AISSD-26) endeavors to converge researchers from applied physics, material science, energy systems, computation, and engineering domains to identify how intelligent and adaptive technologies can drive global sustainability transitions. This conference will facilitate discussions on novel approaches, methodologies, and technologies that can contribute to building sustainable solutions for environmental, social, and economic challenges.

With the rapid advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT) and Robotics, intelligent systems are increasingly being utilized to address critical sustainability issues. These technologies play a crucial role in smart infrastructure, energy efficiency, environmental conservation, intelligent automation, and secure digital ecosystems. The conference will highlight emerging trends in IoT-driven smart infrastructure, AI-powered automation, quantam computing & physics, green computing technologies, and digital twin applications, which are transforming industries and improving sustainability outcomes.

The range of the conference is complementary to AIP's interest in the physical sciences by highlighting the theoretical, experimental, and computational underpinnings of intelligent systems, energy-efficient computation, and renewable energy technologies. Submissions should showcase progress in basic modeling, system design, and material/energy interactions—not just software-level AI but also its physical implementation and influence. It also provides insights into secure for smart systems, robotics for industrial automation, self-driving vehicles, and energy-efficient computational models. Additionally, photonics & materials, Laser technology, industrial sensor networks etc. will be explored to demonstrate the far-reaching impact of intelligent systems in achieving sustainable development goals.

Objectives

The primary objective of the conference is to foster interdisciplinary collaboration by bringing together experts from computer science, engineering, environmental science, and other relevant fields. AISSD-26 aims to generate new insights at the interface of computational intelligence and physical systems, helping unify theoretical research in intelligent algorithms with practical innovations in energy, materials, and sustainable technologies—firmly placing the conference within the AIP Conference Proceedings scope of applied and interdisciplinary physical sciences. Additionally, the conference encourages researchers to contribute towards innovative solutions for energy efficiency, smart infrastructure, environmental conservation, and sustainable practices. By providing a platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and research partnerships, the conference seeks to promote sustainable development through technology-driven solutions.
